Depuis qu’il a lâché son métier de menuisier, Petit Louis fait le crâneur sur la Côte d’Azur. S’il joue au gangster, il vise moins en fait à s’introduire dans le milieu qu’à décrocher une bonne planque. Il s’installe à Nice avec une vieille cocotte dotée d’une jolie fortune.
A travesty of justice
Since he gave up his job as a carpenter, Petit Louis is the hotshot of the Côte d’Azur. If he pretends to be a gangster, it is actually not so much to be part of the underworld than to hit a cosy jackpot, as he moves to Nice with a rich old maid.
